Author's Declaration

Academicus International Scientific Journal is committed to the dissemination of knowledge, equal opportunities in scholarly publishing, and the principle that scientific merit—not financial means—should determine the opportunity to publish.

1. Originality and authorship

I/We declare that the submitted manuscript is original, that all sources and contributions of others are properly acknowledged, and that all authors have made a genuine scholarly contribution, approved the submitted version, and accept responsibility for its content. Any third-party material has been appropriately acknowledged, and required permissions have been obtained.

2. Publication and dissemination

Upon acceptance, I/we authorise Academicus International Scientific Journal (Academicus ISJ) to publish, reproduce, distribute, make available in print and electronic formats, archive, preserve, index and promote the manuscript through scholarly platforms and bibliographic services.

For these purposes, I/we grant Academicus ISJ the necessary publishing and economic rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the journal’s publishing policies. These rights include publication and sale of the journal’s own print and electronic editions. The author(s) will receive appropriate attribution as the intellectual creator(s) of the work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no royalties are payable to the author(s). This declaration does not waive moral rights that cannot be transferred under applicable law.

3. Open access and responsible reuse

Academicus ISJ makes published research freely accessible to readers and does not charge authors publication fees. Readers, researchers, libraries and scholarly services are encouraged to access, read, download, cite and link to published research and to reuse its bibliographic metadata for discovery and academic communication.

Reuse of the full text is governed by the licence applicable to the published work and by applicable law. Free access does not, by itself, authorise commercial resale, commercial republication or inclusion in commercial collections where such use is not permitted by the applicable licence or law. Any additional permission required must be obtained from the relevant rights holder. Existing licences will be respected.

4. Use of artificial intelligence

The manuscript must reflect the author(s)’ own intellectual contribution, scholarly judgement and responsibility. AI tools may assist with language editing, translation or technical tasks, provided that the author(s) retain intellectual control and verify the results. Any substantive use of generative AI to produce or analyse scholarly content must be disclosed in the manuscript, identifying the tool and its contribution. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. The author(s) remain fully responsible for the accuracy, integrity, originality, data, citations and references of the manuscript.

5. Conflicts of interest and funding

I/We confirm that all actual or potential conflicts of interest and all relevant sources of funding, financial support or sponsorship have been disclosed. Where none exist, this must be explicitly stated in the manuscript. The information provided is accurate and complete.

6. Exclusive submission and publication ethics

I/We confirm that the manuscript is not under consideration by another journal and has not previously been published in substantially the same form, except for prior dissemination disclosed to and accepted by Academicus ISJ. I/We agree to notify the journal of significant errors discovered after submission or publication and to cooperate with reasonable editorial inquiries concerning authorship, research integrity and permissions.

7. Author identification and confidentiality

I/We confirm that the personal and institutional information supplied is accurate. Academicus ISJ may request reasonable documentation to verify the author(s)’ identity, institutional affiliation or authority to submit the manuscript. Date of birth and any additional verification information will be treated as confidential, used only for legitimate editorial or verification purposes, handled in accordance with applicable data-protection law, and never published with the article.
